In my programm I have a DesktopResolutionX() with Spider 2.51: 1,2000
With Spider 3 b3 also 1,2000
With Spider 3 b5 and Spider 3.00 a DesktopResolutionX(): 1

what has changed??

You need to enable the DPI aware switch to have real resolution.
