ExamineTouchScreen() always returns 0

ExamineTouchScreen() isn't working neither on my LapTop nor on my phone. It always returns 0.

Laptop is a HP Envy 360 with Win11
Phone is a iPhone Mini 12 with iOS 17.4.1

It needs a screen with OpenWindow() or OpenWindowedScreen(). I added a note in the doc as it's not that clear.
