Web UI Tools

When developing web applications and having to code the UI without a Visual GUI tool was always an irritant for me. So I wondered if there were any recommended tools that made the creation of a web UI easier and quicker. What are others using in this regard with SpiderBasic?

We use PureVision with SpiderBasic Export Module to create User Interfaces for Web Apps

I use IceDesign (https://chrisrfr.gumroad.com/l/TnEVD) for complex UI. Code works very fine with just a few adjustments.
However, most of the time I write Mobile UI. Hence, coding by hand.
