Are orders processed manually?

It's been about 18 hours on my order and still no download email.

That's why I posted here. Nothing in spam folder and I contacted that email with no responses.

Did you used an echeck via paypal ? If yes, it takes usually 3 to 5 days to validate the transaction, it's a paypal stuff sorry for the inconvenience.

Yeah a bank transfer. I think the PP gateway allows CC too if your PP balance is 0.00 I just forgot how intentionally slow these types of transactions go before I proceeded.. You'd never know it was all processed with huge data-centers over OC lines and humans never interact with any of it..
