Tried to align preferences with PB and this was not in SB prefs file?
ProcedureBackColor_Disabled = 0|1

This key is only written when you actually disable the color in the pref. Should work, did you tried it ?

[IDE-v1.2b1]'ProcedureBackColor_Disabled' NOT in prefs file.
