support JS,PHP,HTML,...... in IDE SB

I have long wanted to raise a similar topic for C in PB-IDE, but in SB-IDE it's just a question of survival and as you know the scintilla can do it all.
IDE PB(SB) has all chances to become independent and popular project in this case.
