SB3.20 XML Dialog Apps Don't Work - Android

Hi.
Fresh install of SB3.20 but now apps which use XML Dialogs don't work when made into Android apps. To test this, I created an app using the Simple Dialog Example from the SB help.
Created an app OK in SB3.10 which runs fine on an Android device once signed. Under SB3.20, the app creation works OK but when the signed app is run on a device it never gets past the splash screen and seems unresponsive.
I'm using JDK 18.0.2.1.
Is this a known issue? Is there a work-around (except for staying on SB3.10).
