The first image is with Spider 2.51, the resolution is the same as with Spider 3.00
However, the blue circle (60 pixel diameter) is drawn only half as large in Spider 3.00 as in Spider 2.51
DPI aware is enabled

That's the expected result, you need to use DesktopResolutionX() to calculate your new image/circle size, the good news is it will now look sharp on high DPI display.
