Links are not very clear ...
As an example, at time of writing, this link is not obviously a link and if I don't hover over it I wouldn't necessarily know that it linked to anything (and, if I'm browsing via a tablet or other device that doesn't use a traditional pointer, it becomes even harder).
A small CSS tweak could be an easy way to improve usability and accessibility?
