Links are not very clear ...

As an example, at time of writing, this link is not obviously a link and if I don't hover over it I wouldn't necessarily know that it linked to anything (and, if I'm browsing via a tablet or other device that doesn't use a traditional pointer, it becomes even harder).

A small CSS tweak could be an easy way to improve usability and accessibility?

Changing the theme via board prefs improves things! Even so, by nice to have links that are clearly visible by default, and for users who are not logged in.
