How to swipe a window on mobile ?

Hi!
On mobile, I can't swipe the screen of my web application when my finger is on a window.
If on the background , it works.
The problem is that my (minimalist) window is bigger than the mobile screen then I can't reach the fields of my UI....
Any idea ? Thanks.
