Fit image to image gadget

It's be nice to have images fit instead of crop top-left with image gadgets especially with Dialog image gadget. Currently all images have to be resized on desktop resize.
Also since in desktop resize gadgetwidth and gadgetheight aren't updated yet so a timer is still required.
