SpiderBasic

Hi,

I bought Spiderbasic using the following link:

Paypal charged my account on 15 Mar 2017, 10.28h pm.
According to the receipt, the payment was sent to the paypal address support@purebasic.com.

But after that I didn't receive a mail with a link to the full version. In the Spam folder also didn't arrive an e-mail.
So I tried to get my account with the "lost password" link on spiderbasic.com. But it said that my mail address is not known. I tried both, the mail address I stated in the order form, as well the mail address of my paypal account.

So I wrote an E-Mail to support@spiderbasic.com on 16 Mar 2017, 08.49h a.m.
Until now, I haven't received a reply yet.

Is the order process currently not working properly?
Is Fred currently busy / on holidays?

Sorry if I am to impatient. I just really like Spiderbasic and would love to use the full version as soon as possible.
