Could I suggest that the "OK" button be changed to "Apply", as "OK" suggests that the app will be created, which is then confusing since it appears to duplicate what the "Create App" button is for.

It may just make it that bit friendlier for beginners?

Also the buttons should probably be in the same order as the buttons on the Preferences dialog, for consistency and to avoid accidentally clicking on the wrong one.
