There is a strategy of the settlement of possible issues?
I did not see what is used now because of prospects do not know, but for example:
http://highslide.com/#licence
Highslide JS is dual licensed.
If you want to use Highslide for a personal website, a school site, your family's photo album or a non-profit organisation, you don't need the author's permission, just go on and use Highslide.
If however you want to license Highslide JS to use on a commercial or governmental website, web application or SaaS project, you need to purchase a commercial license.

Re: licensing of the instruments used in spiderbasic
SpiderBasic will be a commercial product by Fantaisie Software. You already payed to FS,
so I think that's different from using 3rd party open source tools with own licenses.

Re: licensing of the instruments used in spiderbasic
Today it is all in lib different variants of the BSD licenses, but we can't see the road map.
The BSD License allows proprietary use and allows the software released under the license to be incorporated into proprietary products. Works based on the material may be released under a proprietary license as closed source software.

We will indeed ensures than you won't have to pay anything else expect SB. If you use third party libs, it's another story.
