[Android] The sounds mp3 are not loaded. wav and ogg no problem.

It's because mp3 needs a license to be used (and you would have to pay for it if you distribute your app):

Yes but the Web applications using mp3 works fine with a html browser.
I will use ogg files.

Yes, because Chrome, Firefox etc paid for a license. But when you build your own app, you have to pay a license if you want to distribute it.
