I am unable to download the free version at this time. I get the following message when clicking any of the download links:

"Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Apache/2.4.38 (Debian) Server at www.spiderbasic.com Port 443"


I'm new here, so I'm wondering if this is a recent issue, or a long-standing problem?

Confirmed. This should be fixed as soon as possible.

I've put in a ticket with support.

I can confirm this. Download still unavailable on April 26th 2021.

Hooray!!! Downloads are now working--at least the OSX and Linux versions. Every time I download the Windows version to my Mac, it finishes downloading and disappears, but that may be something on my end.

Looking forward to checking it out!

Just checked it on windows and downloaded with Vivaldi and can confirm the windows link is back up.
