I read the FAQ on the website of Crosswalk.
Chromium has a blacklist of GPUs which are know to cause stability and/or conformance problems when running WebGL. Chromium will disable WebGL if running on a device with one of the GPUs in this list.

Crosswalk uses the same blacklist. Consequently, if Crosswalk is running on a device with a blacklisted GPU, WebGL is disabled by default.

Yes, I just read the same :). Could you try to add the file in your apk to see if it makes it work ? As SB lib isn't very complex I don't think it will create issues.

I do not know if I put the file in the correct folder. I have no result.

■ I tried my application on a Moto G Android 5.5: Works fine.

■ I tried to understand why it does not work on my Samsung tablet.

I installed the API Demo APK Web application. OpenGL support is not possible. !!!

It sounds like some samsung device are flagged by chrome as the opengl implementation is not conform. Could you try to put this file (right click -> download) :

http://www.spiderbasic.com/xwalk-command-line

into the 'assets' directory of your APK ?

If it does work, try to create an 'assets' directory in the 'assets/www' dir and put this file in it, the doc is a bit unclear about it

Done with Beta 4. I feel that the rendering of the game is Direct Draw Canvas instead of WebGL rendering.

Yes and no. My last test with a terminal not WegGL with CrossWalk.

I am creating a sprite [A]
I load a sprite
I display the sprite [A].
I display the sprite [B]
=> [b]Black Screen.

I do NOT display the sprite [A].
I display the sprite [B]
=> [b]Normal

As we don't use crosswalk anymore on android, could test again and see if the blackscreen disappeared ?

Why did Google remove so many useful apps, many websites (apknite, apkmirror ...) still contain a download link
