An error was shown in the log at the bottom of the IDE window (see https://forums.spiderbasic.com/viewtopic.php?t=2736 )
I right clicked the entry and selected Copy Log assuming it would be copied to the clipboard (to paste it in that bug report), however this didn't happen, should it have ...

I don't know if I'm missing something fundamental here.
Its strange, you say you want spider basic to be a tool to build desktop-like apps in the browser, then you go on to say that browsers are everywhere (desktops, mobiles etc), create one UI for all.
Buy that's not how things work in the world ...
